Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced ML models to enhance financial products.
- Manage and mentor a team of skilled ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions across the business.
Key Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, preferably within financial services.
- Proven track record in deploying machine learning models at scale.
- Expertise in deep learning, LLM's, NLP, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
