Project Manager – Commercial Interiors

Manhattan-based projects will include corporate interiors, hospitality and specialty projects, lobby renovations, amenity spaces, rooftops, and MEP/ Infrastructure upgrades. While the firm completes many projects in the $2m-10m range, we are looking for a PM who has experience working on larger projects, $10-15m+, and has worked with very high-end finishes.
On offer:
- Base salary circa $160,000-$210,000

About you:
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience as a Lead PM in NYC
- Experience running corporate interior projects above $10m in value as Lead PM
- Proficiency in Procore
- College degree in a construction related field is preferred but not essential
