Job Summary:
Responsible for shipping and quality control of 3D printed surgical guides. Also provides assistance to sleeving, scanning, and production teams.
Experience:
- Minimum: High School diploma Required
- Familiar with 3Shape and Medit 3D Scanner
- Familiar with 3D Printers and Milling machines
- Familiar with incoming shipping
- Skill set with high level Finishing and Polishing of Surgical Temporary Provisionals
- Familiar with finishing and polishing single unit, full arch, and bridges.
- Knowledge of Printing of Denture Demos
- Familiar with 3D printers
- Familiar with organization and daily production flow of all aspects of the lab business/industry

Essential Functions:
- Importing STL’s and scanning models using 3 Shape and Medit 3D Scanner
- Experience using Finish and polishing temporary single units, full arch, and bridges, model and denture production
- Familiarize with all aspects of lab duties and dental lab production
- Team oriented; collective effort to help in other areas of the lab
- Manage 3D Printers and Mill for production needs and preventive maintenance
- Follow all quality system protocols
- Maintains the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
- Responsible for always keeping an adequate supply of necessary lab materials on hand
Education/Experience Requirements
- High School diploma (or equivalent). College coursework in microbiology or biology preferred.
- Experience in the dental industry preferred
- Experience with shipping and receiving preferred
