Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Ecommerce Manager to oversee and optimize our Shopify and Amazon sales channels. This role will involve managing all aspects of our ecommerce operations, ensuring seamless functionality, improving sales performance, and driving customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the Maven Torch Shopify and Amazon storefronts to maximize sales and conversion rates.
- Develop and implement strategies for driving traffic, increasing conversion rates, and maximizing customer lifetime value across both platforms.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales trends, conversion rates, traffic, and customer behavior, to make data-driven decisions.
- Work with the design and marketing teams to ensure product listings, imagery, and content are optimized for SEO and customer engagement.
- Manage product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions across both platforms, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Oversee Amazon PPC campaigns and Shopify marketing efforts, continuously optimizing for best performance.
- Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, queries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and manage regular reporting on ecommerce performance, presenting findings and actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon’s and Shopify’s policies, guidelines, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Shopify and Amazon ecommerce platforms, with a track record of driving growth and optimizing performance.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, including SEO, product listing optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience managing Amazon PPC and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, and other ecommerce management platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and operations.
- Experience in the consumer goods industry, particularly in torches, lighters, or related products, is a plus.
