Provides strategic direction for pre-delivery and after-sale support to customers which may include product ordering, availability and delivery
Responsibilities:
- This exciting opportunity is in Client’s Customer Care Center where we support our customers via telephone and written correspondence.
- Our B2B channels include Commercial Contractors, Client Commercial Service (CCS), National Accounts, and Client International offices who are seeking after-market replacement components.
- The Customer Care Center is a high-volume, fast paced and metric driven call-center with a team atmosphere.
- We emphasize customer satisfaction, building strong business relationships and driving sales growth.
- Duties will vary as required including data entry, basic reporting, phone calls, emails. Preparing basic reports and assisting customers with pre-delivery and post- sales such as order entry, order status, expedite delivery, price and availability, and limited technical support.
Skills:
- Ability to work with a team and independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Organized and attention to detail
- Familiarization with Salesforce is a plus
- Knowledge of HVAC products or related industry is a plus
- May involve overtime.
