Join a dynamic team at banking client , where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client support and making a real impact on our customers' financial journey!
Your role will be in the banking operations team and will support a number of departments within the Bank
You will:
- Support clients by resolving requests
- Manage updates for new and existing customers and accounts.
- Process client maintenance requests, including personal information and account adjustments.
- Open new Client Information Files (CIF) as needed.
- Review and update W-8 forms to prevent withholding.
- Ensure accuracy of account opening documents.
- Coordinate inquiries and investigations.
- Verify client signatures and complete Exception Item Processing (EIP).
- Scan client files and conduct audit confirmations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of customer service experience in banking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management,
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Flexible schedule with possible overtime.
- Fluency in English required; Spanish or Portuguese proficiency preferred.
