Role: Senior Investment Accountant
Reporting to: Chief Financial and Operating Officer
Location: Greenwich, CT
Compensation: $120k - $145k base plus 20% discretionary bonus
Breakdown of Responsibilities:
- 50% - Accounting and Investment reporting of the Fund and it's portfolio companies
- 20% - Financial planning and analysis (FP&A), forecasting and strategic analysis of the portfolio
- 20% - Support the deal team with strategy and financial due diligence on potential acquisition targets
- 10% - Ad-hoc related work for the Founder and his family
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of public accounting experience or in house at an investment firm
- CPA Licensed or in progress
