We are hiring at our Ankeny, Iowa location for a Product Design Engineer. Duties for this job include:
- Identify gaps in the market for new products
- Design products while considering cost-effectiveness, user experience, and environmental standards
- Create protypes and analyze data from testing
- Prepare progress reports
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to read detailed blueprints
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Design
- 3+ years of experience in Product design in a Production environment
