Enterprise Sales, Senior Account Manager of IT Outsourced Managed Services
UNCAPPED COMMISSION OPPORTUNITY (Base + Commission)
Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Snr. Account Manager to lead new client acquisition (enterprise sales) efforts and drive significant revenue growth. This role focuses on expanding our client base, managing outbound sales activities, and leveraging partner channels to enhance the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT services, including Infrastructure, Cloud technologies, IT Managed Services (ITMS), and/or IT Outsourced (ITO) services. Proven ability to build strong relationships with CIO, CTO, and other high-level business executives.
This role would focus on acquiring new logos for 3 of their IT Services: Help Desk, Infrastructure, & Automation [Robotic Process Automation - RPA].
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth: Proactively acquire new clients across the U.S., targeting both middle market and Fortune 1000 companies. You have no territorial limits—your goal is to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline by identifying key prospects, nurturing executive relationships, and closing deals. While you’ll have AE support for inbound leads, you’ll also need to uncover hidden opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate high-level relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring ongoing client engagement, referrals, and revenue growth. Be ready to travel to meet prospects in person.
- Industry Engagement: Boost awareness of our IT outsourcing and consulting capabilities through active participation in industry events, professional associations, and thought leadership opportunities.
- Sales Leadership: Lead the charge in generating demand, closing sales, and driving outbound efforts. While you won’t have direct reports initially, this role has the potential to evolve into a team leadership position.
- Market Awareness: Stay ahead of IT trends, providing clients with informed insights that add value to their operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and delivery teams, ensuring alignment between sales strategies and execution.
- Performance Metrics: Focus on key performance indicators, including Annual Contract Value Closed, Annual Contract Value Sourced, and Pipeline & Lead Targets.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in IT services sales targeting middle market and Fortune 1000 companies.
- IT Knowledge: In-depth understanding of infrastructure, cloud technologies, managed services, ITIL processes, data center infrastructure, ITSM solutions (e.g., ServiceNow), and Robotic Process Automation.
- Communication Skills: Superior oral and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- C-Suite Engagement: Comfortable engaging with C-suite IT executives and other high-level professionals.
- Tech Stack (Software/Tools): Familiarity with sales pipeline reporting, forecasting, and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus. ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Freshservice, SysAid, or Ivanti. PowerPoint and Excel experience valuable.

- Compensation: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission potential.
- Location: Based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Preference for candidates in or near the East Coast who can occasionally visit the office.
