Minimum per submission is 1 week per month (Monday-Sunday rotation) Location: Duluth, MN-Duluth Clinic Specialty Requested: Child/Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatry BC/BE Requirements: Child/Adolescent preferred Facility Type: Hospital Size of Hospital/Facility: 16 bed unit Reason for Coverage Need: Looking to backfill provider (not ours) Start Date: January 2025 Length Of Assignment: Ongoing till hire perm Minimum Length Accepted: 3 months Schedule: must fill full rotation 7 day stretch Monday-Sunday rotation 7a-5p(most physicians tend to be onsite for rounding approximately 8:30a-4p, but it varies by provider and their preferences.) Patient Volume: 12 patients per day on average Patient Age Range: Ages 3-17 Responsibilities: Responsible for working in the hospital 7a-5p rounding on all patients do admissions/discharges. H&P s are required although 80-90% of the time, they ll merely be making a note saying that the exam done in the ED is still consistent. Inpatient/Outpatient: Hospital Rounding Call Requirements: none Support Staff: Full-support. Certifications Required: Psychiatry Child/Adolescent Inpatient Unit will take kids as young as 3 years old, but will be dependent on current patient mix. If they have mostly teens on the unit, they won t accept a patient that young to bring into the mix even though they technically can. There is no call Perm docs(in combo with our family medicine residents) have a required call rotation for nights. Charting/Dictation: EPIC BILL Rate Range: 325 per hour NO OT, all inclusive Will Client Pay for travel? Will pay for hotel, will consider travel if preapproved Can we license for this assignment? Would have to have IMLC or really close to getting their license.- prefer licensed candidates
