The HR Assistant will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, HRIS, reward & recognition, organizational development, and leave administration. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Minimum Education
- Associates degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum Work Experience
- 3 years of experience in an HR support or similar role.
- Prior customer services experience.
