Allied Resources is looking for a Engineering Admin who will be responsible for assisting with safety, productivity, and engineering projects. This position is a direct-hire that includes competitive compensation, opportunity for advancement, plus full comprehensive health benefits, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure contractors have up-to-date safety logs, signed rules, and accurate safety training records, while distributing annual safety and insurance documents.
- Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and task assignment using project management software, and coordinate project meetings through Procore.
- Monitor project progress by collecting feedback from construction managers, updating key milestones, risks, and issues, and managing project documentation in Procore.
- Manage procurement by requesting quotes, ordering materials, and supporting budget management, including entering purchase orders into the ERP system.
- Provide general office support, assist HR and operations with administrative tasks, and draft contract scopes for project managers' reviews.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (college preferred)
- MS Office and Procore familiarity
- Strong organizational and time management skills
