Recruit Right is seeking smart, driven, customer focused people to become Loan Processors for a reputable home builder/lender. These roles are fully on-site and will not allow remote at all. In this role, youwill be responsible for the entire end-to-end mortgage loan process - collecting documentation, running credit reports, ordering appraisals, educating the borrower on the process and their credit, and more. You must be a problem solver, ability to meet deadlines, and enjoy talking with customers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Review each loan file to verify that documents are present, accurate, and complete before underwriting
- Manage loan process through mortgage software system
- Ensure that loan rules, obligations, and deadlines are met
- Audit and prepare quality files that meet closing objectives
- Obtain mortgage loan documentation for clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Previous experience with mortgage loan processing preferred
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans
