Customer Service Representative
-Contract length: 5-6 months (with potential to extend!)
-Location: St. Petersburg, FL
-Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday, 11:50am-8:20pm (hours during training period are from 8:45am-5:15pm)
-Max pay rate: $20/hr

Our client, a large retail brand, is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team in St Petersburg, Florida! The ideal candidate will have sentiments of teamwork and empathy, good technical skills, and have the ability to multi task and utilize multiple platforms at once.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including chain owners, independent customers, and sales consultants.
• Responsible for direct interaction with customer accounts and sales team to perform product inquiries, order entry processing and control.
• Research issues and brings resolution to complex situations using sound judgment and excellent follow-through ability within established authority level and guidelines for customer service policy and procedure.
• Uses strong customer service ability to provide value added services in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Outstanding telephone and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 1 year of data entry experience required.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time with a high attention to detail.
• Skilled at suggestive selling and providing alternative solutions to accounts.
• Exemplary oral and written communication skills, in addition to phone etiquette.
• Must possess good judgment and ability to make independent decisions within department protocols.
