Duties:NP must be DOT certified
Cambridge City, IN:
Needs: NP - Employee Health Clinic - Primary Care/Occ Med
When:Oct 6, 7am to 4pm
Duties: Primary care and chronic disease management; biometrics. Some light occupational health.DOT physicals (must be certified)
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in Urgent Care or Occ Med is a plus
BLS and/or ACLS required
IN Active State License
DOT Certification
