HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is actively seeking passionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapists (ACSW, APCC, AMFT, LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to join a team at a leading Residential Treatment Center specializing in eating disorder recovery
Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities:
- ACSW, APCC, AMFT, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW provide therapy to up to 6 adult clients in a Residential setting.
- ACSW, APCC, AMFT, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW conduct group sessions throughout the week
- ACSW, APCC, AMFT, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW conduct comprehensive assessments relevant to eating disorder treatment.
- ACSW, APCC, AMFT, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW offer tailored individual therapy sessions to meet each client's needs.
- ACSW, APCC, AMFT, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW maintain thorough documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
- ACSW, APCC, AMFT, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW collaborate with outpatient teams to ensure continuity of care.
- ACSW, APCC, AMFT, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW attend training sessions and supervision meetings as assigned.
- ACSW, APCC, AMFT, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW support clients during meals and snacks.
Mental Health Therapist Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a behavioral sciences field.
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Associate Registration in California.
- Credentials of ACSW, APCC, AMFT, LPC, LMFT, LCSW.
Mental Health Therapist Scheduling Options:
- Tuesday through Saturday 9 am to 5 pm
- Sunday through Thursday 9 am to 5 pm
Mental Health Therapist Compensation:
- Primary Therapist: FT Salary $70,000 to $80,000 + Sign-on bonus & Comprehensive benefits plan
- Group Therapist: PT $35.00 to $37.00 hourly + 40 hours of sick time, 401k (no match) and EAP services
