Job Description:
Must have skills:
- Overall, 10-12 Years of CRM experience
- 8+ Years of Implementation experience on Salesforce (Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience cloud (Customer and Partner.)
- At least 5 full implementation cycle experience in Salesforce
- Sound experience in technical design & played Salesforce architect role for 3+ Year
- Thorough understanding of salesforce development in the areas of APEX, SQL/SOQL, XML/JSON, Visualforce, Javascript, SOAP and REST techniques & LWC.
- Experience in handling migration from legacy system/legacy CRM platform to Salesforce
- Understanding of Salesforce Sharing and OWD structure.
- Detail knowledge of Salesforce automation tools and must know when to use what.
Responsibility :
- Provides technical oversight and governance for Salesforce Implementation projects
- Technical & Functional design sessions on Architecture, Solution, Performance Tuning, Infrastructure and Security
- Salesforce - Utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Angular, React, and other technologies to architect and build customized solutions
- Ensure the system integrity and design solution in not compromised enabling best solution and delivery.
- Advise and mentor diverse teams, which may include customer and TCS resources providing guidance on application and integration development best practices as well as technical product assistance.
- Manage the delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation, coaching junior members and acting as build master where required
- Act as a champion in the wider Salesforce partner ecosystem, sharing best practices, lessons learned and time-saving techniques.
- Contribution in Technical side during pre-sales, proposals with Solution, Estimation & Demo etc.
- Should be able to independently manage analyse and fix P1 tickets and ensure smooth operation of the application once it goes live.
- Guide Team and review fixes before production deployment
