Job Overview:
Our client, a leader in the industrial construction sector, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale Multifamily projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects, with expertise in industrial environments such as Apartments both high and midrise, affordable housing, and residential renovations.
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring project goals are met on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with an ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in industrial environments (Apartments both high and midrise, affordable housing, and residential renovations, etc.).
- Proven track record of successfully managing multifamily projects valued at $10M or more.
- Strong knowledge of industrial construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) and construction management software (e.g., Procore).
