Contract Recruiter (tech or web3 spaces)

This position will be delivering highly technical hires for an innovative, global tech company that is at an exciting stage of their journey and doubling headcount year-on-year. Due to this growth, they are looking for an experienced, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. You'll work closely with our hiring leaders across our engineering and data center teams, to help them accomplish their hiring goals.
The successful candidate will have spent their career in fast-growth tech or web3 environments and will be accustomed to managing 15 highly technical hourly or salaried openings at any given time and delivering 35 hires per quarter.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for highly technical roles, effectively balancing and prioritizing up to 15 open positions simultaneously.
- Create strategies to build both active and passive candidate pipelines by sourcing talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Skillfully manage relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews while navigating complex internal calendars.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and teams, fully understanding their needs to distinguish between essentials and preferences.
- Engage and build connections within the tech community through meetups, online networks, and various platforms.
- Use key metrics to identify insights and adapt our recruitment strategies to enhance effectiveness.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey, from initial contact to the start date.
Key requirements:
- A minimum of 3+ years' experience delivering full cycle recruitment services (for both hourly rate and salaried roles) for engineering or data centers in fast-paced, high growth, innovative tech or web3 environments.
- Demonstrable track record of managing up to 15 live requirements at any given time and delivering up to 35 hires a quarter.
- Strong self-management, drive, and organization and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and seamlessly pivot as projects and hiring plans change.
- An expert in the entire Google Suite and Slack.
- Familiar with a high volume of scheduling with Greenhouse, Google Meet, and Zoom.
- Global recruitment experience is a plus.
