As our Administrative Receptionist, you'll support all our operations in an environment steeped in history. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, organized, team player who is enthusiastic about being an ambassador for the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the reception area each day;
- Answering and routing of all incoming calls;
- Daily distribution and management of all incoming and outgoing mail;
- Maintenance and light cleaning of conference rooms, showroom and main reception area;
- Purchasing and maintaining stock of office, conference room, break room, storage room, and vending machine supplies and refreshments;
- Visitor planning and engagement. This includes but is not limited to greeting visitors upon arrival, coordinating arrangements with the host employee, arranging accommodations, scheduling flights, booking client dinners, distributing guest passes, etc.;
- Assistance in coordinating interviews;
- Support event planning initiatives; and
- Assist members of the Legal, Human Resources and Finance departments with various projects as needed;
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Extremely organized with a thoughtful attention to detail
- General corporate telephone etiquette and technical skills
- Valid drivers license
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience preferred
