Research Moderator
W2 Contract
Salary Range: $56,200 - $62,400 per year
Location: Cupertino, CA - Onsite Role
Job Summary:
As a Research Moderator, you will execute user studies and assist with technical tasks associated with confidential studies using various technologies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience performing research studies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Able to set up and organize devices and other equipment for on-campus studies
- Understanding of hardware and software; computer and device setup experience; good troubleshooting skills
- Experience collecting qualitative and quantitative data; strong understanding of the participant journey
- Self-driven with excellent communication and organization skills
- Adaptable to changes and can overcome problems that arise
- Some project management experience is preferred
