We are seeking experienced recruiters to join the team and support our existing client base on exclusive build outs, along with new business opportunities, working on high value and critical scientific and commercial based positions. This role will be based out of our New York office, located in Chelsea.
The Opportunity:
- Apply superior full-cycle recruitment skills and techniques to providing top talent to industry leading firms and companies
- Collaborate with a team of 20+ consultants who specialize in strategic skill sets along the drug development lifecycle, offering our clients unrivaled delivery of critical talent in niche areas.
- Build and maintain a network of professionals within your market, identifying potential clients and candidates to develop business with
- Pitch GQR’s talent acquisition and advisory services to potential clients
- Leverage client relationships, lead client meetings, and pitch successful retainers
- Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify high caliber candidates and maintain a healthy pipeline for priority roles
- Share expertise with junior members of the team through mentorship
- Engage passive candidates and understand their underlying motivations, while providing detailed information on the position requirements and the benefits of the opportunity
- Work within an untapped, niche industry within the STEM recruitment market
What You Bring:
- Proven success in a STEM based agency-side recruitment position with 5+ years of experience
- Previous high billing track record
- Ambitious, competitive, and motivated with a positive attitude
- Confident communicator and natural leadership skills
- Personality that thrives in a fast paced, target driven environment
