Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist at REGENT THERAPY L.L.C. The Physical Therapist will be working side by side with a Full-Time OT. Also, the Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing patient needs, creating customized treatment plans, implementing therapies, monitoring progress, and providing patient care. The role also involves collaborating with healthcare teams and ensuring the highest standards of rehabilitation care.
Qualifications
- Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Rehabilitation skills
- Patient Care and Home Care expertise
- Experience in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Certification in Physical Therapy
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
