We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will understand client challenges and work closely with our technical and client management teams to develop, design, test, and implement appropriate solutions. This role requires effective communication with client teams and the ability to present solution strategies and technical papers clearly. You will also provide technical support to customers before, during, and after hydrotesting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers, the sales team, and partners globally in the application of the company’s products, with a focus on hydrostatic testing.
- Drive sales and business development efforts for hydrotesting products.
- Lead and manage all phases of assigned projects, coordinating closely with technical colleagues, joint ventures, consultants, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
- Manage critical project activities with key customers and joint-development partners.
- Travel to client sites, both domestic and international, as needed (estimated at 40% travel).
- Gather market intelligence on emerging technologies and competitive products.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of practical, industrial experience.
- Strong foundation in chemistry.
- Must have a knowledge of relevant hydrotesting specifications, such as ASMW B31.4, B31.8 and API RP1110.
- Knowledge of typical hydrotesting chemicals for corrosion, scale, hardness, etc.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without now or in the future needing sponsorship.
- Have the ability to work in a team orientated environment as well as independently.
- Be able to complete tasks within a time frame and budget.
- Possess effective oral, written and presentation communication skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office Suite).
- Knowledge of typical water disposal regulations is beneficial.
