Job Summary The candidate will work as a Facilities Manager for a commercial real estate firm in Milwaukee. They will be responsible for maintaining building operations for 1 Commercial Building (198K SQ FT medical facility.), including HVAC and plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with various codes and regulations. They will also oversee contractors/vendors and manage energy usage and budgets. Even Simpler: The job is for someone who makes sure everything in a big office building works well--like heating and plumbing--and follows all the rules. They also check on contractor workers fixing things and try to save energy.

Skill Requirements
Must-Have Requirements
Extensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant operations in a medical or healthcare facility
Hands-on experience with Building Automation Systems
Knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and ASHRAE regulations
Ability to manage contractor/vendor maintenance work
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook), Windows applications
Preferred Requirements
Refrigerant certification
EPA certification
Experience with Yardi or 360 Facility Management Work Order system
