Responsible for: developing integrated circuits at the heart of modern power systems. We are looking for a self-driven Staff Device Engineer that enjoys collaborating with team members to help ensure successful integration and development of power management and BCD processes on our roadmap. You will work closely with our design and product engineering teams to ensure successful product development to deliver cutting edge solutions to the market.

What you will be doing:
- Design test chips, characterize devices, establish device layout methdology for analog designs, and establish device selection and usage guidelines for IC applications.
- Collaborate with Design, Product, and Reliability engineering teams to resolve device related problems and work with the teams to establish preventive measures.
- Help drive product tapeouts through device library generation, design and layout review, mask data review, design rule check review, and coordinating with foundries.
- Establish and maintain ESD, Latch-up, and IO layout design best practices for IC technology platforms and applications. Investigate ESD/Latch-up failures and implement fixes on products.
- Work closely with foundries to mitigate technlogy risks and resolve silicon process and product issues.
What you will bring along:
- MS or Ph.D in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
- A minimum of seven years experience in semiconductor device and BCD technology development and fabrication process.
- Good understanding of LDMOS and/or Vertical TrenchFET power devices
- Experience with measurement techniques such as DC, CV and pulsed IV characterization
- Strong analytical skills and electrical test laboratory experience are required.
- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, drive and monitor projects, and work with others in a team.
- Good communication (verbal and written) skills are highly desired.
- Knowledge of TCAD and parasitic extraction simulation tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of ESD, Latch-up, and large array device design is a plus.
