Project Coordinator
Hybrid, 2-3 days a week onsite in Orlando, FL!
Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the entertainment industry, is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support a 18-month contract focused on managing the migration to a new system, including an S/4HANA ERP financial integration. The coordinator will help with day-to-day tactical tasks, project forecasting, and coordination with project managers and technical teams. Experience with cloud-based solutions, budget/resource forecasting, and project management tools like MyPPM or similar is essential. The coordinator will play a key role in ensuring collaboration between engineering teams and technical resources while tracking project timelines and ensuring smooth execution of deliverables.

Experience of the right candidate:
- 2-3 years Experience in project coordination, especially within technical environments and supporting PMs
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and working with engineering and technical teams.
- Project forecasting experience, including budget and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MyPPM (or similar). PPM NOT a requirement but they are using it.
- Experience with system migrations and overseeing tactical and logistical project elements.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience tracking progress and updating timelines for large technical projects.
