Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Rolling Meadows, Illinois.
Duties:
- Set up and organize projects
- Facilitate meetings to ensure project alignment and progress
- Manage tasks and timelines in collaboration with company agencies
- Route files for approval through appropriate channels
- Communicate project status updates regularly to relevant stakeholders
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years years experience in Creative production
- 3+ years years experience working in Customer Advocacy, Customer Reference, or similar Customer programs
- Solid understanding of marketing communication fundamentals with a digital-first mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a large, matrixed organization
- Proficiency in complex project management tools and Google Suite
