Director Marketing Operations - Los Angeles (Hybrid) - $130k to $165k plus package
I am currently recruiting for a Senior Marketing Operations role with one of the fastest growing, globally recognized, Fintech brands. The AI-enabled enterprise software empowers the banking, retail, and service industries worldwide.
What will you be doing?
- Manage the entire suite of marketing technology tools, focusing on the selection, deployment, and maintenance of solutions such as marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (integration), analytics and attribution software, and ABM tools.
- Spearhead the creation, execution, and evaluation of processes that bolster Marketing and demand generation, covering areas like lead lifecycle, scoring, attribution modeling, automated nurturing, and campaign orchestration
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams in implementing campaigns aimed at enhancing customer engagement and generating demand and leads
- Refine the journey between HubSpot and Salesforce, optimizing for efficiency and improving the transition of leads to sales
What skills do you need?
- 5 years of experience in a role supporting a rapidly expanding B2B marketing team, with a proven record of managing complex marketing technology stacks, particularly in marketing automation, CRM, attribution, and ABM
- Demonstrated success in developing marketing performance dashboards and translating data into strategic insights for decision-making
- Extensive experience with lead lifecycle management, encompassing lead scoring, managing lead stages, nurturing, and tracking funnel performance and conversion metrics
- Strong analytical ability to enhance marketing strategies and operations based on robust data analysis and insights
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce
The role is paying circa $130k - $165k plus package
