Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media channels, post engaging content, interact with users steadily, and sustain brand reputation, all while abiding by legal practice's ethical standards.
- Website Management: Coordinate and implement changes to the firm's website, including adding new locations, updating lawyer profiles, and other relevant content as needed.
- Content Marketing: Develop and execute a strategic content marketing plan, creating online press releases, blog posts, whitepapers, and digital presentations.
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and manage law firm events from the initiation to post-event follow-up, including tracking attendance and evaluating sponsorship opportunities.
- Competitor Analysis: Constantly monitor and analyze the marketing strategies of competing firms to stay abreast and ahead in the market.
- Media Relations: Act as the primary contact for any press inquiries, ensuring alignment with the firm's messaging and management of media interviews.
- Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across different channels including paid search, direct mail, and television.
- Referral Attorney Management: Maintain a directory of referral sources and foster relationships through thoughtful acknowledgments and regular updates.
- E-marketing: Execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters to different segments within the firm's contact database, ensuring relevant and engaging content.
- Metrics Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance across all channels, providing insight-driven reports to higher management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, with at least five years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm.
- Excellent skills in digital marketing tools, SEO, PPC, and CRM software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficient in analyzing marketing metrics and data analysis.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Knowledgeable of the legal industry and has a keen eye for market trends.
