Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Network Real Estate Specialist to join their team! This position is located in Rolling Meadows, Illinois.
Duties:
- Act as a small cell real estate specialist with expertise in real estate processes
- Track and manage vendor relationships and performance
- Utilize FUZE software for project management and tracking
- Oversee and manage project budgets to ensure alignment with financial goals
- Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third-party partners, and the internal project team to ensure smooth execution
- Lead and conduct deployment calls to coordinate and drive project milestones
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 7+ years of professional experience, with a strong background in real estate
- In-depth knowledge of telecom, specifically small cell technology
- Proficient in using FUZE for project management and tracking
- Comprehensive understanding of real estate practices and processes
- Proven ability to navigate the telecom real estate landscape and manage related projects effectively
