The Role
Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, including bringing on board new clients, sourcing candidates, and overseeing the interview process.
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Process Management: Handle the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to completion, including arranging and preparing candidates for interviews, managing feedback, closing deals, and post-placement follow-ups.
- Research: Network with candidates and industry connections, conduct market mapping, and utilise various databases and social media platforms.
- Market Intelligence: Generate leads from industry interactions and stay updated with market news.

Requirements
- Educated to degree level (2:1 or above).
- Ideal: Sales experience (e.g., car sales, estate agency, door-to-door, telesales, B2B, B2C).
