· Work in a cool, modern, upscale office environment (No cubicles!) in the heart of the Newport area of Jersey City. Easily accessible by all mass transit. Serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent service by utilizing your knowledge of company products, promotions, and resources to resolve patron issues.
What We Need:
· Be the voice and frontline service representative for the online website and branded mobile applications.
· Responsible for delivering exceptional guest service that not only meets but exceeds our guest expectations.
· Resolve customer issues, questions, and requests, by phone, email, or live chat, providing product expertise, and creating a sense of ‘community’ for players at first point of contact wherever possible.
· Respond in a professional manner going that extra step to provide an outstanding player experience.
· Use product knowledge to assist customers in playing Casino, Slot, Table Games, etc.
· Encourages customer participation in promotional opportunities.
· When required, escalate situations to appropriate management or other departments.
· Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
· Collect and disseminate customer feedback on promotions, products, operations, or any other aspect of the business to Marketing, Gaming Finance, or Operations as applicable.
· Perform related work or additional projects as required by the business including outbound calls.
· Have a flexible schedule and, the ability to work on a rotating calendar. Two shifts available, day shift and evening shift.
Job Requirements:
· (Preferred) 1-2 years related experience and some knowledge of online gaming.
· (Required) Strong attention to detail, excellent client support skills.
· Ability to handle Guest issues with tact and poise in a friendly, positive manner.
· Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.
· Easily adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.
· Basic Microsoft office proficiency
· Must be able to work the evening shift, as well as some weekends/holidays.
· Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written. (Bilingual is a plus).
· Be eligible for registration with the NJ State Division of Gaming Enforcement and other states to follow.
