Key Responsibilities:
- Training Campaigns Follow-up
- Track and manage the progress of ongoing training campaigns to ensure timely completion and reporting.
- Training Registration Management
- Handle participant registrations for all training sessions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Training Invites Management
- Send training invitations and reminders to participants and manage attendance confirmations.
- Certifications Follow-up
- Monitor and track certification completions, ensuring participants meet all required training qualifications.
- Attendance Management
- Coordinate the submission of attendance and score records to the LMS to ensure accurate tracking of participant progress.
- Training Logistics
- Organize logistics for training sessions, including coordinating lunch, coffee, and office supplies for attendees.
- Presence in the Line
- Regularly spend time on the line with managers and teams to gain an understanding of their operational needs, challenges, and training requirements. This presence ensures training initiatives are aligned with the actual needs of the team and management.
- Archiving
- Maintain organized records and archives of all training documentation and attendance records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in training coordination, office administration, or event management.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
