Details:
- 12-month W2 contract with extensions up to 18-24 months. Potential for full-time conversion with the client.
- Hybrid in Plano/Dallas TX (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Must-Have Experience & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Java application programming experience.
- 3+ years technology architecture experience.
- Must have excellent software design, build, test and documentation skills.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks, lead the team through the delivery and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
- Proven track record in project delivery in an Agile environment.
- Performance tuning and database refactoring strategies. Must have excellent organization and team skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision.
Role Overview:
The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for developing and delivering complex software requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the role include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional and non-functional requirements. This role would require collaborating with the development team and business partners to ensure successful delivery and implementation of application solutions in a dynamic Agile environment.
