Our client, a 500+ attorney defense firm, has immediate needs for an employment litigation attorney with 10+ years of experience. Mostly remote but will handle in-person events. Billable hours target of 1500 - 1850 (hours are negotiable depending on the candidate). No business development expectations and no requirement to source their own work. Looking for employment attorneys with experience handling administrative charges/demand letters, single plaintiff litigation and class action experience. Mostly handling partner level work such as case strategy, depositions, hearings, conferences, trials, review of work product. These are permanent W-2 positions with benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401K) and bonus potential. Must live in AZ and be a member of the AZ bar.
