Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our IT Support team. In this role, you’ll work onsite, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems and networks. You will assist in designing, developing, testing, and debugging systems, ensuring smooth operations for our team, with a focus on supporting a specialty pharmacy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for PC/LAN operations, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist in modifying software tools and utilities for specialized needs
- Maintain technical documentation and program libraries
- Apply standard techniques to develop initial reports and analyses for review
- Offer guidance and support to junior team members in Technical Support as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in PC/LAN technical support
- Proficiency in operating systems, network configurations, and basic software tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical staff
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field preferred but not required
- Equivalent experience will be considered
