Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Varicent ICM Specialist to manage and optimize our incentive compensation processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Varicent software, a strong analytical background, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration: Assist in the setup and configuration of Varicent ICM to align with company compensation plans and policies.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of compensation-related data, including sales performance metrics.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and dashboards to analyze compensation performance and provide insights to management.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline compensation processes and enhance the user experience within the Varicent platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with finance, sales, and HR teams to ensure alignment on compensation strategies and resolve any discrepancies.
- Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on Varicent ICM functionalities and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with Varicent ICM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of compensation planning and sales performance management.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages.
