Our Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy, including but not limited to driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our Company. This role will direct and oversee the marketing activities of Coastal Debt Resolve. Our Vice President of Marketing works closely with other departments to ensure the developed approach is integrated to achieving Coastal Debt Resolve’s objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Formulates a comprehensive strategy that aligns with Coastal Debt Resolve’s goals and that drives business growth. Oversees the implementation of marketing plans and ensures that all campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Brand positioning that differentiates our Company from others in the market. Ensures consistent brand messaging.
• Develops and implements strategies that attract new customers. Designs initiatives for customer retention and that encourages the continuation of the customers’ loyalty.
• Responsible for Coastal Debt Resolve’s online presence through digital marketing strategies that include but not limited to: SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing and traditional marketing. Leverages digital tools and technologies that keep our Company ahead of the industry trends.
• Conducts competitive analysis that helps understand the landscape and identifies opportunities. Analyzes marketing performance metrics to identify what strategic adjustments will need to be made.
• Partners with HR in building and developing a high performing marketing team. Leads and mentors team to foster a culture of continuous growth and learning, creativity, and innovation.
• Ensures resources are properly allocated to maximize ROI. Also does cost monitoring and adjusts, as needed, to stay within budget.
• Collaborates with other departments for interdepartmental coordination. Communicates marketing strategies, plans, and results to other members of senior management and other stakeholders.
• Oversees and manages media relations/public relations to maintain a positive Company image. Handles communication strategies during crisis to protect and enhance Coastal Debt Resolve’s reputation.
• Enhances the customer experience at all touch points and ensures a seamless and positive interaction with our brand. Develops programs and initiatives to engage our customers and builds long-term relationships.
• Develops and executes go-to-market strategies for new product launches while positioning our products to meet market demands and customer needs.
• Ensures all marketing activities are compliant with industry regulations and standards. Also promotes ethical marketing practices that align with Coastal Debt Resolves’ Values, Mission, Strategic Goals and reputation.

Required Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management leadership role.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Experience in digital marketing, brand management, and client acquisition.
Preferred Education & Experience:
• Debt settlement or financial services industry experience
Compensation: Annual salary range of $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
