Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of web and digital product projects, with a strong focus on content management system (CMS) implementation. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to integrate CMS platforms into web development projects and ensuring that deliverables align with business requirements, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning and strategy for web and digital projects, focusing on CMS integration.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from design and development to testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Oversee implementation of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager) and collaborate with development teams to ensure customizations meet business needs.
- Act as the main liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Conduct quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage deployment activities.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring projects stay on track.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience managing web development projects, including 3+ years of CMS platform experience.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale CMS integration projects.
- Strong technical expertise in CMS platforms and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project, and experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
