Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a full-service Am Law 200 firm in its search for an Attorney experienced in corporate and M&A law to join its collegial team!
This is a direct hire, hybrid role out of the Firm’s Cleveland, Ohio offices. The firm promotes a friendly work culture and builds into its people through integration and formal mentor programs as well as its well-being program. This position is open because they are busy and adding to the team!
The successful Corporate / M&A Associate Attorney will have:
- 3+ years of relevant experience (including negotiating and drafting documents for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, loan transactions, and more);
- Knowledge of general corporate law;
- Knowledge of transaction and entity structuring and related tax matters;
- Experience leading M&A due diligence, transaction and entity structuring, and related tax matters;
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- An active Ohio bar license, in good standing.
All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time. Infrequent lifting and carrying of up to 30 pounds.
Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $110-135,000k.
