Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Business System Analyst to lead Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for a large Manufacturing group. This role involves supporting SAP Finance (FI) and Costing (CO) systems, acting as a liaison to collaborate with HQ for HCM best practices, and managing the delivery of functional aspects of SAP ERP projects, including service delivery (break/fix) across our client's SAP ERP instance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the assessment, estimation, and management of SAP ERP project enhancements and service delivery.
- Collaborate with SAP HCM users and business stakeholders to identify and address their needs.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses for business requirements, ensuring alignment with standard SAP HCM solutions.
- Oversee incident management, bug fixing, and enhancement management within SAP HCM modules.
- Maintain an overview of SAP solution architecture and assist in the development and management of applications.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO configuration, development, or support.
- Proven ERP project management experience, with a minimum of 3 complete life cycle SAP implementations (S/4HANA experience is a plus).
- Experience in Repetitive and Discrete Manufacturing environments, preferably in the Automotive industry.
- Expertise in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM), including SAP Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, Organizational Management (OM), and Employee Self Service (ESS)/Manager Self Service (MSS).
