Primary Function
We are looking for a full-time multimedia specialist with up‐to‐date knowledge to work with our client to provide technical solutions, design powerful motion graphics and deliver creative video stories for a wide range of communications.
Payrate: $75-85k
Duties & Responsibilities
- Interface and consult with all stakeholders (Producers, Production Team, Client) throughout each project to ensure their needs are met
- Develop and edit video assets from short to long form, for broadcast or digital, consistently on brand and on deadline, meeting creative and overall client objectives
- Think creatively and develop new design and video concepts, graphics and layouts in team environment as well as independently
- Able to lead creative solutions for each project as requested
- Understand and deliver effective storytelling
- Work with a wide range of media and utilize adobe creative suite (not limited to Premiere, After
- Effects, In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator), Color/sound correct, add motion graphics, visual effects, insert photos, info graphics, text and optional effects, select sound/music, oversee narration recording and develop final products
- Perform technical editorial functions including rough cuts, graphic design & integration, audio sweetening, and export of projects in various formats
- Conduct client review, receive feedback and revise the production until it meets expected quality and specification
- Study the creative marketplace; stays current with trends and new technologies
- Study and understand the culture and business messaging to inform storytelling
- Can execute (local and nationwide) video productions (camera, lighting, audio, green screen) for broadcast spots, events, etc.

Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency with Avid Media Composer
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere, In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Full working knowledge of Avid Media composer audio suite and audio tools for sweetening, final mixing and output.
- Excellent storytelling skills
- Expertise in modern digital video production, equipment and processes (Camera equipment, audio equipment knowledge)
- Ability to work effectively with senior management, corporate executives and production colleagues in a formal, corporate environment
- Customer service orientation; Professional presence and superior client relationship skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Positive attitude, initiative, energy and enthusiasm
- Flexibility with available schedule, when necessary to meet deadlines
- Ability to travel for work as needed
Education & Experience
- Candidates must be able to provide impressive samples/reels demonstrating superior editing skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Design, Art, Multimedia, IT, Communications, Video/Film Production or related field is preferred
- 4+ years editing experience (corporate video preferred, new media, broadcast)
- Pro Tools experience is a plus
- Audio sweetening is a plus
- Shooting with Sony FS7, Sony DSLRs, Canon C300/500 is a plus
