Job Title: Investment Analyst - Private Credit

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven Investment Analyst to support our growing Private Credit practice. The title will be commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our team's sourcing, underwriting, origination, and surveillance capabilities, working closely with team members on multiple private credit investments across our existing portfolio and investment pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Underwrite individual credits and pools of credits, ensuring thorough analysis and risk assessment.
- Manage our pipeline and portfolio systems to support efficient investment operations.
- Conduct in-depth research on specific investment themes to identify and evaluate opportunities.
- Collaborate with the existing team to support our funds and investor-facing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of investment or financial experience, with a strong focus on credit investing or underwriting.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Private Credit.
- Demonstrated analytical abilities and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively under the guidance of senior professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a strong academic track record.
- Willingness to work on-site in our Boston office 4 days a week.
