Our well-funded Pharmaceutical client, is seeking a creative and resourceful thinker to lead Pharmacometrics strategies in clinical and translational neuroscience research. The role involves developing and executing advanced modeling techniques to support drug development decisions across all phases.
This individual should have extensive experience in drug development, hands-on modeling, and strategic leadership. Key responsibilities include creating mechanistic PK/PD models, communicating pharmacometric insights to management, and mentoring team members.
Qualifications:
- A PhD or PharmD with over 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in neuroscience, is preferred.
- Leadership skills managing complex technical and scientific team members, providing support within the disease area, and increasing their effectiveness and expertise by coaching and mentoring.
