Our client, a convenience store chain, is looking to hire a IT Business Analyst to join their team on site in Irving, TX.
***This is a 6 month contract that is likely to extend or convert***
This person will help ensure the stability of production environments and support stores converted to the latest store platform. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical challenges.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead global teams to ensure seamless production environment operations and support stores migrated to the latest store platform.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Oversee data migrations, addressing pre- and post-production concerns following store conversions.
- Compile and present daily, weekly, and monthly store conversion reports to leadership stakeholders.
- Track store conversions, ensuring thorough pre- and post-validation processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Serve as an early warning system, escalating potential concerns to leadership promptly.
Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in related fields.
- Proven experience leading global teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of data migration and technical integration processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Effective stakeholder management and leadership communication skills.
- Experience with retail or store platform conversions preferred
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
