Medical Secretary/Assistant
The Medical Secretary/Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for our practice. These duties include providing support to cardiologists and employees, helping with daily office needs and helping with Heartsafe’ s general administrative activities. The Medical Secretary/Assistant will perform administrative work, such as greeting patients at check-in, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining medical supplies. As our Medical Secretary you will provide stellar customer service and phone experience to our patients.
