I am currently seeking a highly skilled Hybrid Senior Support Technician for our client in Aliso Viejo, California.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, creating and documenting tickets, and escalating matters when necessary. Strong customer service skills, critical thinking, adaptability, and adherence to processes are essential for success.
Key Technical Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Senior Support Technician
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows Operating System (Win11)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (2013, 2016, O365)
- Experience in Active Directory/Azure management
- Enterprise-level experience with VPNs
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other service desk ticketing systems
- Expertise in PC hardware build and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of mobile devices, including smartphones/tablets and Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Experience with SharePoint and OneDrive
