Our client is a leader in the global insurance market and they are looking for a creative operations/ project manager for a new role in their small creative department. Agency experience preferred!
You will:
- Manage workflow and organize the flow of materials and resources in the Creative team
- Collaborate with internal clients, such as Integrated Marketers to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget
- Manage all creative projects including timelines and budgets
- Direct the workflow to and from internal marketing communications teams and understand how all of the pieces come together
- Facilitate creative project kickoffs, meeting with teams to determine their needs
- Provide analysis to ensure the project stays within brand standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that could slow down the process
- Suggest changes to workflows to improve efficiencies and cut costs
You have:
- Expertise in the Microsoft suite of products. (Excel in particular.)
- Knowledge of digital project management systems, such as Asana/Workfront
- Knowledge of DAM systems, such as BrandFolder
- 7+ years of professional experience, agency preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- An extremely organized, methodical and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage many projects at once
This role is hybrid in Jersey City
Pay 65 per hour
6-12 month contract with the possibility of conversion
