ROLE OBJECTIVE: The Director of Retail Sales is a pivotal executive-track position responsible for driving sales across a $3.2M+ multi-brand retail environment. QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree required, MBA or related advanced degree preferred
2. 5+ years of high-volume retail management experience with a track record of consistent promotion and increasing responsibilities
3. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive significant business growth
4. Exceptional leadership skills with a history of mentoring teams
5. Demonstrated success in implementing innovative solutions to complex business challenges
6. Strong financial acumen and experience in P&L management
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of representing the company as required
